Procedure with two steps
and two heat presses
Take a cotton cloth and put it
on the cold plate of the heat press.
Take THERMO-SUBLIVEIL and place it
on the cotton fabric, taking care to put
the veil on the correct side (above the smooth part, while the rough part in contact with the cotton). Press at 140°C for 10/12 seconds, THERMO-SUBLIVEIL will stick to the cotton fabric. Take the sublimation paper and
press it on THERMO-SUBLIVEIL
at 200°C for 35 seconds.
The result is the following:
an opaque print with imperceptible touch.
Procedure with two steps
and one heat press
Take a cotton cloth and put it
on the hot plate of the heat press.
Take THERMO-SUBLIVEIL and place it
on the cotton fabric, making sure to put
the fabric on the right side (the smooth side over, while the rough one in contact with cotton). Press at 200 ° C for even just 5 seconds, THERMO-SUBLIVEIL will stick to the cotton fabric. Hold the sublimatic paper and press it over THERMO-SUBLIVEIL
at 200°C for 35 seconds.
The result is as follows:
a coarse and imperceptible print to the touch.
Procedure with one single step and one heat press
Take a cotton cloth and put it
on the cold plate of the heat press.
Take THERMO-SUBLIVEIL and place it
on the cotton fabric, taking care to put the veil on the correct side (above the smooth part, while the rough part in contact with the cotton). Take the sublimation paper
and press it on THERMO-SUBLIVEIL
at 200°C for 35 seconds.
In this phase it happen both the adhesion
of the THERMO-SUBLIVEIL on cotton
and the sublimation of the paper
on the THERMO-SUBLIVEIL.
The result is the following:
an opaque print with imperceptible touch.
