Specially designed by ETS for the industrial production of sublimation paper, the digital printing machine MONZA offers, in addition to a unique print quality with vivid and brilliant colors and high-level performance, the ability to print up to paper width of 190 cm and up to 500 meters in length. With MONZA, operators can offer new solutions to their customers, being able to create many applications for visual communication, fashion clothing, sportswear, interior design, personalization of objects and fashion accessories.
QUALITY AND SPEED OF PRINTING
MONZA, equipped with the new PJH Hi-Jet inks - improved for this industrial digital printing machine - ensures high performance, ensuring intense and vivid colors: intense blacks, perfect shades and tonal passages with
an exceptional level of detail.
MONZA, in combination with SUBLI XTREAM-JET RIP PRO or NEOSTAMPA by Inedit and PJH Hi-Jet inks, ensures exceptional printing stability and high performance. The printing speed is guaranteed by the 4 printing heads EPSON PRECISION CORE I3200-A1 that allow you to produce from a minimum of 100 square meters per hour (3 passes) with an exceptional print quality up to a maximum of 140 square meters per hour (2 passes)
with anyhow a good print quality.
NEOSTAMPA RIP by INEDIT
ETS thanks to a collaboration with a leading company in the creation of print rips “INEDIT”, is able to supply a very professional, functional and updated print RIP called “NEOSTAMPA” for printing sublimation colors with MONZA.
This solution provides color profiles specifically designed for different print resolutions (different speeds) and for different kinds of paper, both treated (for sportswear) and untreated (for fashion clothing).
PROFESSIONAL UNWINDER AND COILER
MONZA is equipped with UNWINDER and PROFESSIONAL REWINDER composed of two air expansion shafts and a professional tensioning element.
This equipment allows you to load and unload paper rolls up to 500 meters in length and therefore to have less unproductive times due to the continuous need to replace the printed rolls normally used by non-industrial plotters with a maximum length of 120 meters. Thanks to the possibility of using paper rools up to 500 meters in length, it is also possible to optimize the production time
by using night-time as the continuous presence of an operator for replacing the rolls is not necessary.
DRYER
Monza is also equipped with two infrared and hot air dryers: the ink, even when the printing speed is considerably increased, is thus dried very quickly.
